About
The 7 Marines Honor Detail was formed in Houston Texas at a time when government services trimmed military budgets, consequently our veterans were laid to rest with minimal graveside honors and at times, none at all. Our organization serves all military branches, all veterans who served honorably by providing graveside honors in the greater Houston area and beyond. Our duties also include color guards, local parades, Houston National Cemetary functions, Honor Flight receptions, VA hospital events and much more.
Mission Statement
The 7 Marines Honor Detail is dedicated to serving all veterans who served honorably with the respect they have earned in service to their country regardless of circumstances, financial status or preferences, in their time of need.
Vision
Our vision is a multi-faceted effort that seeks to preserve our Marine Corps traditions of truth, fidelity and honor for future Marines to lead by example. The delivery of our services to other Texas cities and rural areas with multiple Honor Detail Teams and services fuels our passion.
